Questions regarding
100% Guarantee
What does the 100% Happy Kids Guarantee mean?
It means exactly what it says. If you or any player are not happy with the mission, we refund the full cost. Refunds are processed immediately, though your card provider may take 2–3 days to complete the transaction.
How do I get a refund?
Just contact us via web chat, email, or phone. No forms, no hassle. We process the refund immediately.
Do I need a reason?
No. But feedback helps us improve future missions.
Do you get many refund requests?
We offer this guarantee because we are confident in our missions. Fewer than 1% of customers request a refund.
Questions regarding
Time
How long does a mission take?
Most missions take about 1 hour, give or take 15 minutes depending on the age version of the mission, the distance between questions, and how quickly teams solve the challenges.
Indoor missions using QR codes are usually a bit shorter because there is less distance between the questions.
How long is the mission valid after purchase?
A mission stays valid for 14 months from the purchase date.
This gives you plenty of flexibility if plans change. You can simply run it later instead of losing it.
Do I need to send invitations?
Invitations are optional. If you want to start quickly, choose “without invitations” when setting up the mission in Mission Admin and you can be up and running in as little as 5 minutes.
If you prefer to invite players in advance, for example for a birthday party, a sports team, or a get-together with classmates, we recommend sending invitations about 1 to 2 weeks before the event so guests have time to respond.
Questions regarding
Locations
Best location for the mission?
You can run missions outdoors or indoors. Every mission is available in two versions.
The outdoor GPS version is the most popular option. You place locations on a map in Mission Admin, and teams move between them during the mission. A nearby park is usually ideal, since locations should be spaced at least 30 meters apart. Smaller gardens often do not provide enough space.
There is also an indoor QR version. It contains the same questions and gameplay as the GPS version. You print the QR codes, placethem around your chosen space, and teams scan them to continue the mission.
The GPS version works in most weather, but heavy rain can stop an outdoor mission since kids are using phones. If bad weather is expected, plan to switch to the indoor QR version before the mission begins.
You can switch between GPS and QR versions anytime before the mission starts. Just make sure you leave enough time to print and place the QR codes if you decide to change.
Best location for the party?
The party (if you have one) and the mission do not have to be in the same place. You can host the party at home, in a park, or anywhere that works for your group. It is still a good idea to keep the party reasonably close to where the mission takes place so moving between them is easy.
Questions regarding
Players
What age is this for?
Our missions are available in three age groups:
8–10 years
10–12 years
13+ years
If your group includes mixed ages, or the host falls between two groups, we recommend choosing the older age range. It may take a little longer, but it’s more fun when the challenge isn’t too easy.
Could the mission be too hard or too easy?
No. Every mission exists in age-adapted versions.
The puzzles, clues, and instructions are adjusted so the mission feels exciting but manageable for the players.
Younger teams get more guidance. Older players get tougher challenges.
How many players can play at once?
You can play with 2 to 36 players. Players are divided into up to 6 teams, and we recommend at least 3 players per team.
All teams play the same mission at the same time. The system manages the order of question locations so teams do not clash.
Questions regarding
Tech
Do all children need a phone to participate?
It works best if each player in a team has their own phone. The responsibility for answering questions rotates between players so everyone stays engaged.
You can still participate without a phone, but those players may be less engaged. If someone doesn’t have a phone, it is often easy to borrow one from a parent or use an older device lying around.
Each mission uses about 100–300 MB of data, so large data plans are not required.
What type of phone do the children need?
The app works on both iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play). To download and run the mission, the phone needs Android 7.0 or newer, or Apple iOS 13 or newer.
Most modern phones meet these requirements, so if the device is reasonably up to date, it should work without issues.
Can you use an ipad or tablet instead?
Tablets and iPads are not supported. Most of them lack GPS or mobile data, which are both required to play. Therefore, we only support regular smartphones.
How do I fix a problem with the app?
99% of app issues are solved by closing and restarting the app.
Before the mission starts, tell all players that if something glitches during the mission, they should simply restart the app. This fixes most interruptions without players needing to ask you for help.
If the problem continues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it immediately. The easiest way to reach us is through the web chat here on our website.
Where to download the app?
All invited players receive an SMS with a direct download link, making it easy to install the app before the mission.
You can also download it manually from the App Store or Google Play using the links below.
When can I switch between GPS and QR versions?
You can switch between GPS and QR versions anytime before the mission starts.
Just make sure you leave enough time to print and place QR codes if you choose that option, so everything runs smoothly on the day.

All missions sold on pinagent.com are in English.

No, we currently only sell English missions on pinagent.com.
We hope to offer additional languages in the future.
